Yesterday, a group of protesters made national headlines when they interrupted a Scottish Labour rally in Glasgow featuring Jim Murphy and comedian Eddie Izzard.
Displaying banners and shouting over the Labour leader, many were criticised for trying to ‘stifle free speech’ and many Scottish nationalists condemned the protesters actions.
James Scott, of the Scottish Resistance, a group who were blamed for much of the disturbance, was present today as Gordon Brown made a passionate speech to win over indecisive Scottish voters in Lighthouse, Glasgow.
Outside the meeting, Mr Scott unsuccessfully attempted to intercept Mr Brown on the way to his next event and spoke to reporters about the protest.
